This project aimed to help Signify Health increase in-home health evaluations by 25%. We focused on improving member attention, enhancing health iteracy, and managing technical abilities. These strategies fostered trust, personalized experiences, and helped meet the company's growth target.

Building trust among members who are overwhelmed by technology, and skeptical about having medical expert come into their home.

1. Nurturing Benevolence - Use member profiles containing previous visits to establish lasting relationships abd capture member attention. 2. Building Integrity - Utilize educational media with personal information based on health concerns to enhance literacy before, during, and after home evaluations. 3. Strengthening Ability - Leverage exisiting trust between members and local CVS branches to educated members on scheduling appointments via mobile.
